The Ada County Sheriff’s Office announced on Mar. 25 that it will hold a public auction for a mobile home on April 2 at 10:00 a.m. The sale will take place on the front steps of the Ada County Public Safety Building located at 7200 Barrister Drive in Boise.

The auction is being conducted by virtue of a Warrant of Distraint issued from the Ada County Treasurer against Brian R. McDougal and Penny McDougal. The property to be sold is described as a “1975 Marlette, 14 x 67” with Vehicle Identification Number H14270FBY40623 and Title Number E86133316.

According to the notice, “The Sheriff, by Certificate of Sale, will transfer the right, title and interest of the above named in and to the property at the time of levy.” It further states that while possession will be given to the purchaser, there is no guarantee of clear title or continued possessory right.

The sale will be made to satisfy said warrant and all associated costs. Payment must be made in cash using lawful money of the United States. The announcement also notes that auxiliary aids or services for persons with disabilities are available upon request by calling (208)577-3750 three days prior to the sale so arrangements can be made.

Deputy Moira Skinner from Court Services Bureau, Civil Division signed off on this notice for the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.
