On Saturday, March 22, former Boise Senior High School standout Avery Howell’s current collegiate team the USC Trojans won 71-25 against the UNC Greensboro Spartans in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.
Hosted in Galen Center, this was the first game against the UNC Greensboro Spartans during the championship.
The USC Trojans’ next game will take place on Monday, March 24 at 7 p.m. in Galen Center against Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Avery Howell’s hometown is Boise, and game position is guard.
