Boise State secured its second straight win by defeating Wyoming 72-62 at ExtraMile Arena on Tuesday night. With this result, the Broncos completed a season sweep of the Cowboys and improved their record to 17-11 overall and 9-8 in Mountain West play.
Dylan Andrews led Boise State with a game-high 20 points, making six of nine shots from the field and converting all six free throw attempts. This was his sixth game this season scoring at least 20 points. Drew Fielder contributed 18 points, seven rebounds, two blocks, and an assist. Javan Buchanan added 17 points and six rebounds, while Andrew Meadow matched his career high with ten points and three assists.
Wyoming fell to 15-13 overall and 6-11 in conference play. Damarion Dennis scored a team-high 16 points for the Cowboys along with four rebounds. Nasir Meyer, who missed the teams’ previous meeting, finished with twelve points and seven rebounds.
The game started evenly before Wyoming took an early lead. However, Boise State closed the first half strongly by scoring ten of the last twelve points to enter halftime ahead by two after trailing by as many as seven earlier in the period.
In the second half, Buchanan and Meadow combined for Boise State’s first ten points as they extended their lead to seven. Although Wyoming narrowed the gap to one possession with consecutive three-pointers, Andrews responded with two triples of his own to restore an eight-point cushion for Boise State.
RJ Keene II contributed across several categories: he led Boise State in rebounds (nine), assists (four), steals (two), and blocks (two). His fastbreak layup late in the game helped reestablish a double-digit lead that Boise State maintained until the final buzzer.
Boise State now holds a 28-15 all-time record against Wyoming and has won each of their last eight meetings. The Broncos remain undefeated this season when allowing fewer than seventy points (12-0) and have lost only once when leading at halftime (17-1). Their six blocked shots marked their second highest total this year; they recorded seven blocks against New Mexico on December 30, 2025.
Dominic Parolin registered multiple blocks for the fourth time this season, tying his season high with two rejections.
Looking ahead, Boise State will travel to California for its next matchup against Fresno State at Save Mart Arena. The contest will be broadcast live on Mountain West Network and KBOI 670 AM radio starting at 6 p.m. MT.
