Head coach Tina Bird commented: “For our first meet of the season, I was proud of the effort and competitiveness our athletes showed,” said head coach Tina Bird. “We had several top-notch performances, and while we know there’s a lot of work to do, this group has the ability to be something special.”
Boise State now holds an all-time record of 51-32 against Southern Utah and is currently led by head coach Tina Bird, under whom they have achieved a record of 34-17 against SUU.
The Broncos will continue their season on January 16 when they travel to face BYU at the Marriott Center in Provo, Utah.
