Boise State men’s basketball announced on May 6 the signing of forward Kaur Tomann.
Tomann joins the Broncos as part of the incoming freshman class for the 2026-27 season. The addition is expected to strengthen the team’s roster and bring new talent to Boise State’s program.
“Kaur (pronounced: car) is going to be an outstanding addition to the Boise State basketball family,” said associate head coach Mike Burns. “He led his home country of Estonia to a 7-1 record in the FIBA U18 European Championships last summer, scoring 54 total points in the final two rounds of competition. He’s a very versatile player who can contribute at multiple positions for the Broncos.”
Tomann is joining fellow recruit Brady Hennig, who committed to Boise State on National Signing Day in November. Tomann has represented Estonia on both its U16 and U18 national teams over each of the past three years, appearing in 23 games from 2023 through 2026. During that span, he averaged 14.9 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game while shooting at a rate of 53 percent from the field.
The signing marks another step as Boise State prepares for future seasons with new talent added to its lineup.
