Boise State University has announced that all benefit-eligible staff, faculty, and adjunct employees are required to complete the 2026 annual mandatory trainings by March 31, 2026. Supervisors may also request student and temporary employees to participate in these trainings if appropriate.
The deadline for completing all modules is Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MST. The university stated, “Creating a safe, respectful and secure campus is a shared responsibility. These required statewide and university trainings represent an investment in campus culture and the future – protecting students, strengthening the institution and reinforcing a commitment to respectful workplaces, data security, privacy and campus safety.”
To access the training modules, employees should log into Canvas using their MyBoiseState credentials and enroll in the “2026 Annual Mandatory Trainings” course. A completion certificate will be sent via email several hours after finishing all modules.
