Boise State volleyball will play seven nonconference home matches in ExtraMile Arena, head coach Shawn Garus announced on May 19.
The announcement marks the return of Boise State volleyball to ExtraMile Arena for the first time since 2002. The schedule includes two tournaments hosted by Boise State and a previously announced match against BYU.
According to Garus, “Boise State volleyball will play seven nonconference home matches in ExtraMile Arena.” The Broncos are set to host the Boise State Classic from Sept. 3-5 and the Boise State Invitational from Sept. 10-12. Between these tournaments, they will face BYU at home on Sept. 8.
During the first tournament weekend, Boise State is scheduled to compete against UNLV, Idaho State, and North Dakota State. In the second tournament, opponents include Saint Mary’s, Sacramento State, and Eastern Washington.
Match times and promotional details are expected to be released later this summer. The upcoming schedule provides fans with multiple opportunities to see their team compete at home after a long absence from their primary arena.
