Chicago Maroons forward Blake Hawthorne, a former Bishop Kelly High School standout, is set to take part in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
Their opening game will be against the Penn State Behrend Lions.
The matchup is scheduled for Friday, March 6, at 7:10 p.m. at the Gerald Ratner Athletics Center.
The Boise State women’s tennis team has secured the No. 2 seed for the Credit Union 1 Mountain West Tournament after tying for first place in the regular season standings. The Broncos will face either Nevada or Colorado State on April 23 in Las Vegas.
Boise State men’s tennis will face UNLV on April 18 for its final regular season match at Appleton Tennis Center. The contest will feature senior celebrations and could influence postseason seeding.
