He attributed this issue to the current administration’s border policies. “Far too many families have lost a loved one due to the rising rate of fentanyl overdoses in Idaho. The wave of fentanyl flooding into our state is a direct result of the Biden-Harris admin’s open-border policies.”
In a tweet dated October 12, 2024, he acknowledged Idaho’s agricultural sector on National Farmers Day. “Idaho is home to nearly 25,000 farms and ranches—we understand the vital role agriculture plays in our communities.” He urged people to honor local farmers and ranchers for their contributions.
