Boise State forward Drew Fielder was named to the 2026 All-Mountain West Second Team, the conference announced on Mar. 10.

Fielder was the only Boise State player to receive all-conference honors this season. The selection was made by Mountain West head coaches and media members covering the league’s 12 schools. Dylan Andrews and Javan Buchanan received honorable mention for their performances during the 2025-26 campaign.

The three All-Mountain West teams included a total of 15 players: 12 guards and three forwards. Fielder joined Elijah Price (Nevada), Tomislav Buljan (New Mexico), Reese Dixon-Waters (San Diego State), and MJ Collins (Utah State) on the second team.

This is Fielder’s first time earning an all-conference distinction, making him the 13th Bronco in program history to be named to the All-Mountain West Second Team. Boise State has had at least one player on the second team each year since 2020.

In his first season with Boise State, Fielder started in 29 of 31 games, averaging 14.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game while shooting 55 percent from the field. He leads all qualifying Mountain West players in field goal percentage and is the only player in the conference averaging at least 14 points, five rebounds, and one assist while shooting at least 55 percent.

Fielder has scored a total of 459 points this season and recorded ten games with at least twenty points—the most among Mountain West forwards and centers. He has also been named Old Trapper Mountain West Men’s Basketball Player of the Week twice this year, becoming just the seventh Bronco—and third forward—to win that award multiple times in a single season.

Boise State will travel to Las Vegas for the Credit Union 1 Mountain West Men’s Basketball Championship. The Broncos are scheduled to play San Jose State in their opening round game on Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. MT.
