On Friday, Feb. 21, former Boise Senior High School standout Cooper Nixon’s current college team, the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Colorado Mesa Mavericks.

The game took place at Elmore W. Vail Field. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 3:15 p.m. at Elmore W. Vail Field against Colorado Mesa Mavericks.
