On Saturday, April 12, former Timberline High School standout Greyson Shafer’s current college team, the Nicholls State Colonels, lost 9-8 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Lamar Cardinals.

The game took place at Vincent-Beck Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 1 p.m. at Vincent-Beck Stadium against Lamar Cardinals.
