96 percent of applicants to Carrington College-Boise were admitted for fall 2018

At Carrington College-Boise, 59 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 88 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The two-year private for-profit institution in Boise enrolled 428 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 28.7 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

61 percent of undergraduates are residents of Idaho, and 39 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (76 percent) and Asian (5 percent).

The school admitted 96 percent of the 46 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 70 percent enrolled.
