Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the Aveda Institute-Boise

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the Aveda Institute-Boise, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Idaho students paid $17,200 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 67 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 11 students received grants or scholarships totaling $62,970 and 12 students took out student loans totaling more than $127,660.

Including all undergraduates (54), 41 students used grants or scholarships totaling $188,441, and 33 students took out $280,649 in federal student loans.
