Boise City ranked 26th among cities in Idaho by annual earnings per resident, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The median income of Boise City residents was $31,508 per year, adjusted for inflation. It had 91,555 households with a population of 226,115.

The city with the highest median resident income in the state was St. Charles with $52,969 per year after adjusting for inflation – $21,461 more than Boise City. It had 56 households with a population of 140.

The city with the lowest median resident income in the state was De Smet with $8,409 per year after adjusting for inflation – $23,099 less than Boise City. It had 52 households with a population of 202.
