On Saturday, May 17, former Timberline High School standout Kailer Saunders’ current collegiate team the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks won 3-2 against the Point Loma Sea Lions in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Elmore W. Vail Field at 6 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Point Loma Sea Lions in the tournament.

The Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks’ next game will take place on Thursday, May 22 at 5 p.m. at Elmore W. Vail Field.
