On Tuesday, March 11, former Timberline High School standout Greyson Shafer’s current college team, the Nicholls State Colonels, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Tulane Green Wave.

The game took place at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Green Wave this season.

The Colonels’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 5 p.m. at Kessler Federal Park against Mississippi State Bulldogs.
