Utah Valley Wolverines, with former Timberline High School standout Garrett Miller, suffered a 6-3 defeat to the Cincinnati Bearcats in their NCAA Division I baseball matchup at 12:05 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17.

UCCU Ballpark hosted the contest, marking the teams’ second meeting of the season. Cincinnati previously beat the Wolverines 11-1 on Monday, March 16.

Miller gave up a single earned run in three innings on the mound, tallying three strikeouts and issuing three walks.

The Wolverines are set to play their next game on Saturday, March 21, at 2:05 p.m. against the Stanford Cardinal at Klein Field at Sunken Diamond.
