WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Jim Risch (R-Idaho), ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, along with Senators Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), Susan Collins (R-Maine), Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Tim Scott (R-S.C.), and Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) issued a statement following the House of Representatives' approval of sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC). The sanctions were proposed in response to the ICC's decision to apply for arrest warrants for Israeli officials.
