On July 9, 2023, around 4:15pm Boise Police responded to a motorcycle crash near E Gowen Road and I-84. One motorcycle rider was rushed to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

On June 2nd Boise Police responded to a fatal vehicle vs pedestrian incident on W. Poplar and N. Cole Rd. As part of the ongoing investigation, Boise Police detectives are looking for the driver or passengers of a dark-colored sedan that was seen traveling west on Poplar towards Cole at the time of the incident.
